- For Apparel, it is FREE U.S. domestic standard shipping (3-5 business days). Enjoy free PRIORITY (1-3 business days) shipping on orders of $50.
- We ship products to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. In such situations, your order(s) might be delayed. GuuBuu seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment due to high demands, weather conditions, or pending order verification.
In addition, we may require additional time for the processing of a larger order, inspection and packing of items and we appreciate your kind understanding in any delay of shipment.
Order Status
Upon check-out, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. If you are still wondering where your order is, you can provide us your order number/confirmation email and billing zip code to track its location via support@guubuu.com. We will respond to you within 1 business day.

RETURNS
* Personalized item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
* We are happy to assist you with any issue you have, so you could be happy with your order. Therefore, if you have any issue, please send us a message. Everything could be solved by a good conversation.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept the return of items or send a refund back to your original form of payment within 14 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:
* You receive an incorrect item
* Your order contains damaged product(s)
* Your order has a printing mistake
* Part of your order is missing from the package
* You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHL Global Mail.
How to make an exchange/a return
Please send your request to support@guubuu.com with the subject title: "Return/Exchange Request – Your Order Number." (let us know your reasons and what item(s) you’d like to replace or the size you prefer). Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding the return & exchange process via email or chat.

REFUND
After the return has been approved, it takes up to 7 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. It will go through a quality check to ensure it is in good condition and complies with our refund policy.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if all the items from the order are returned successfully.
