Our Return Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your GuuBuu.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed or unworn (for T-shirts) -- and in original condition (for accessories). Invoice may be asked for online orders, or purchase information from our local store. Please see details below for our Returns & Exchanges policies.
Personalized T-shirts are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged -- except for any of the following reasons:
* You receive an incorrect item
* Your order contains damaged product(s)
* Your order has a printing mistake
* Part of your order is missing from the package
The rest are refundable if returned in original condition and packaging — within 7 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date. Customers will pay for return label/exchange.
Toys are eligible for return within 7 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition. Customers have to pay shipping costs.
Pokémon, Sports, Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards
These products are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Board Game & Accessories
We are happy to accept return for board games and other accessories. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
Please note that an exchange is subject to our stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, giving you a refund via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of GuuBuu.com.
How to Make an Exchange or a Return
Feel free to email us at email@example.com with the subject title: Return/Exchange Request – Your Order Number. Please kindly let us know your reasons and what item(s) you’d like to replace or the size you prefer. Our customer service team is happy to assist you with the returns & exchanges process via email or chat.

* We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. We will not accept the responsibility for any loss of a returned parcel while in transit.
Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure all items are in their good condition and it complies with our refund policy. This may take up to 2 working days.
After the return has been approved, it takes up to 7 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if all the items from the order are returned successfully.
We appreciate your understanding with potential delays to your refund caused by special events (e.g. online sales).
