Do I need to have an account to shop with you?
No, you don’t have to sign up for an account to shop with GuuBuu. You may opt for guest checkout for greater convenience. However, becoming our member helps speed up the checkout process, save your favorite items with your Wishlist; review your order history..

How will I know if I have made my purchased successfully?
After you place an order, a confirmation email from GuuBuu will be sent to you within 15 minutes, informing you that your order has been received. If you did not receive any email after 15 minutes or so (please ensure that the email is not sent to your junk folder), this means that your order has been placed unsuccessful. Please contact us at support@guubuu.com or visit our Customer Care for further assistance.

How do I check my order status?
To check on your order status, simply sign in to your account and view your Order History, your order status is reflected next to your order number.

If you wish to know more about the order status, please click here. Once you have received the shipment confirmation email, you may track your shipment with the tracking number indicated via the online tracking system of the designated courier company.


Can I amend my order?
Sorry, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed after 1 hour. This includes changing the size/color/design of item(s), and payment mode or delivery mode.
Please contact us ASAP if you suddenly change your mind. If your order has not been in the process, we are glad to make a change for you, so you could receive the best tee with your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order?
After 1 hour of making an order, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

I receive an error when placing my order, what should I do?
Kindly capture a screenshot of the page where you experienced the error, or copy the error message and send it to our Customer Service for further assistance. Our team is willing to help.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
It depends on promotion code. Some of them could be used multiple times.

My promo code is not working, what should I do?
Please check that the promo code is still valid and not out of date, and refer to the terms & conditions set out in the promotions page. If you require further assistance, please contact us via Customer Care.

How can I become a GuuBuu member?
Just by simply creating an account, you become our member.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I make a return?
Our return policy is only applicable for defected item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order in original conditions:
- Is in new condition
- Hasn’t been washed, worn, or altered

If I want to exchange an item for a different size or color, how do I do that?
We are not able to process entire exchanges. If you need a new size or color, you may place a new order online at guubuu.com, we are happy to give you a 50% off coupon for the next purchase (only applicable for one T-shirt in your entire order). However, please give us a message. We will see what we could do to solve this problem.

  • SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order arrive?
The standard delivery timeframe for order in U.S. Territories is within 2-5 business days.  

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, or due to high demand.

My location is not in America or Canada, can I still place my order?
We ship to more than 20 countries outside the U.S. Please contact us via Customer Service and kindly give us your address, we will respond to you ASAP.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address before completing your purchase.

I have yet to receive my package, what should I do?
If you did not receive your package after the expected delivery date, kindly sign in to your account and check on the shipment in Order History. Alternatively, you may do so by entering the tracking number indicated in the shipment confirmation email into the online tracking system of the designated courier company. If you have opted for guest checkout, you can also view the tracking number in the confirmation email. Please contact us at guubuu@comcast.net for further assistance.

Will GuuBuu store my payment information?
GuuBuu.com does not store any customer’s credit/debit card information. 

What is PayPal?
PayPal offers faster, safer and easier checkouts, and protects customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information. You may sign up for a PayPal account via www.paypal.com.

My payment has been declined, what should I do?
Kindly try again and input the correct information such as card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, you may contact your issuing bank or try an alternative payment mode. If you need further assistance, please contact us via our Customer Service.

Is my personal information kept secured?

Your security and privacy is important to us. For this reason, all relevant pieces of information submitted by our customers will be kept secured and confidential.  GuuBuu does not sell or trade with third parties your personal information gathered online, such as email addresses, personal information collected as part of an online survey, or other specific details about you. We do not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such personal information. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For your security, we advises that you should never send anyone your entire credit card number. GuuBuu strongly recommend you to cover all digits of the credit card number except for the first 6 and the last 4 digits. In the event where the documents are submitted without covering of the sensitive information as suggested above, we will not be held responsible for any possible complications.
