• If your order is not approved, any pending authorization may automatically be released by your bank.
• We will not accept orders from accounts that have never placed an order with GuuBuu Hobby before the announcement date.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you request to cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus the applicable payment processing fees.

The refund amount will be reduced by approximately 3% of the order total, which represents the non-refundable credit card processing fee charged by Shopify and the payment processor.

GuuBuu Hobby does not keep this fee.

Unfortunately, Shopify and the credit card processor do not refund these processing fees back to us when a customer cancels an order, so we are unable to refund that portion of the transaction.
