Shipping, Pickup, Returns & Refund Policy
Shipping Information
GuuBuu sells and ships physical hobby products, including trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and related collectibles.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather conditions, address verification, product release dates, or additional packing/inspection needs.
Large orders, sealed case products, pre-orders, and high-value orders may require additional processing, inspection, and packing time.

Shipping Labels, Cancellations & Refund Requests
Orders Without a Shipping Label
Orders that have not had a shipping label created yet may be requested for cancellation and refund.
Approved refunds for orders without a shipping label will be subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee represents the payment processing fee charged by Shopify/payment processors and is not kept by GuuBuu.
Orders With a Shipping Label Created But Not Yet Shipped
If a shipping label has already been created but the package has not yet been shipped, the order may still be requested for cancellation and refund, subject to approval.
Approved refunds for these orders will be subject to:

The original shipping cost will not be refunded because the shipping label has already been purchased
Carrier Responsibility, Lost Packages & Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, GuuBuu is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, damage, loss, theft, misdelivery, or any other issue caused during transit.
If your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
GuuBuu records video evidence of packages being packed and sealed before shipment. These records may be used to verify that items were packed in sealed condition before being transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Insurance
Orders are shipped without additional shipping insurance unless the customer contacts GuuBuu before purchase and requests insurance.
If you want GuuBuu to be responsible for carrier loss or damage beyond the carrier’s standard coverage, you must contact us before making the purchase to request shipping insurance. Additional insurance fees may apply depending on the order value and shipping method.
Without a prior insurance request, the order will be shipped using our default shipping method without additional insurance.
Double Boxing Policy
Some sealed case products may not be double boxed by default. GuuBuu may ship sealed cases in their original manufacturer case if we determine that the case is strong enough to protect the contents inside during normal shipping.
If you are a collector and require double boxing for sealed cases or other products, you must contact GuuBuu before making the purchase.
Double boxing may be available for an additional cost depending on the size, weight, and packaging materials required.
Without a prior double-box request, GuuBuu will ship the order using our default packaging method.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with GuuBuu, you agree to these shipping, refund, cancellation, insurance, and packaging terms.
In the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or bank claim, GuuBuu may provide these Terms of Service, order records, shipping records, tracking information, packing videos, and related evidence to the payment processor, Shopify, card issuer, or bank.
Order Status
After checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
When your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

Pre-Order & In-Store Pickup Terms
These terms apply to all pre-orders, special orders, and in-store pickup items.
1. Physical Receipt Is Required
You must present the original physical receipt to pick up your order.
No receipt = No pickup.
Digital screenshots, order numbers, photos, or copies are not accepted.
This policy exists to prevent theft, fraud, and unauthorized pickup.
If you lose your receipt, GuuBuu cannot release the item to anyone, even if you are the original buyer.
2. Pickup Deadline
All pre-orders must be picked up within 30 days from the official product release date.
If you need more time, you must contact GuuBuu before the 30-day deadline to request a hold.
GuuBuu may approve one extension of up to an additional 30 days.
Maximum hold time: 60 days from the official release date.
3. Unclaimed Orders
If your order is not picked up within the allowed time, including any approved extension, the order may be automatically canceled and the item may be released for sale.
4. Refunds for Unclaimed Orders
Refunds for canceled pre-orders or unclaimed pickup orders will only be issued when the original physical receipt is returned to GuuBuu.
No receipt = No refund.
This policy helps prevent fraudulent claims and protects all customers.
5. Third-Party Pickup
If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring:

Your original physical receipt

A copy of your government-issued ID
No exceptions, including for regular customers, friends, or family members.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under approved circumstances.
Return or exchange requests may be considered within 14 business days if the order has one of the following issues:

Incorrect item received

Missing item

Product issue caused by GuuBuu before shipment
Carrier-caused damage, lost packages, stolen packages, delayed packages, or delivered-but-not-received packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was requested and purchased before the order was placed.

Customers must use tracking for return shipments. GuuBuu is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping costs are only refunded if GuuBuu determines that the full order must be refunded due to an error caused by GuuBuu before shipment.
Payment processing fees, shipping label costs, and carrier charges are not refundable once they have been charged or used.
