Shipping Info

Products of GuuBuu are made to order and printed by hand.
Your orders will be delivered within 3–10 business days as estimated.

For Apparel, it is FREE U.S. domestic standard shipping (3–5 business days). Enjoy FREE PRIORITY (1–3 business days) shipping on orders of $50 or more.

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, APO/FPO addresses, and more than 100 countries and regions.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, or verification requirements.

Large orders may require additional processing, inspection, and packing time.


Order Status

Upon checkout, a confirmation email will be sent.
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact support@guubuu.com.


Pre-Order & In-Store Pickup Terms

These terms apply to all pre-orders, special orders, and in-store pickup items.

1. Physical Receipt Is Required

You must present the original physical receipt to pick up your order.

  • No receipt = No pickup

  • Digital screenshots, order numbers, or photos are NOT accepted

  • This policy exists to prevent theft, fraud, and unauthorized pickup

If you lose your receipt, we cannot release the item to anyone, even if you are the original buyer.


2. Pickup Deadline

All pre-orders must be picked up within:

30 days from the official product release date

If you need more time, you must contact GuuBuu before the 30-day deadline to request a hold.
We may grant one extension of up to an additional 30 days.

Maximum hold time: 60 days from release date


3. Unclaimed Orders

If your order is not picked up within the allowed time (including any approved extension), the order will be automatically canceled and the item will be released for sale.


4. Refunds for Unclaimed Orders

Refunds for canceled pre-orders will only be issued when the original physical receipt is returned to GuuBuu.

No receipt = No refund

This prevents fraudulent claims and protects all customers.


5. Third-Party Pickup

If someone else is picking up your order, they must bring:

  • Your physical receipt

  • A copy of your government-issued ID

No exceptions — even for regular customers, friends, or family.


Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days if:

  • Incorrect item

  • Damaged item

  • Printing mistake

  • Missing items

  • Delivered but not received

Refunds

Refunds take up to 7 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping is refunded only if the full order is returned.
